1. Discovery

We talk. We’ll discuss your goals and timings. Once I know what you need, I can provide a quote.

2. Review

I design four sample slides for your presentation to establish we’ve got the right the look and feel.

3. Design

I deliver your first draft, and two sets of edits are always included if there’s anything you’d like me to change.

4. Result

Once I’ve made any edits, I deliver your beautiful and professional fully editable presentation file. Result!

Why Choose Me?

A lot of freelance presentation designers don’t have a graphic design background or experience pitching for large international accounts. And it shows in the presentation. They might (if you’re lucky) look pretty, but they won’t have the impact you need.

I’m a graphic design graduate trained in designing for print production.

I have a corporate background in designing all pitch collateral for local, European, and global markets.

I’ve worked on presentations, events and workshops, onboarding new clients and pretty much everything and anything else a large corporate design team is tasked with.

I’ve worked on accounts for clients including Carlsberg Group, Just Eat, Honda, Dyson, American Express, and LEGO.

In other words, you can be confident I have the training, knowledge, and experience to create your PowerPoint presentations with the impact you need.

All your slides should be part of the bigger picture you’re showcasing. And they should immediately engage your viewer and tell them what they need to know. You need 80% good and 20% WOW. With me, you get that.

Outside of designing presentations, I’d love to say you’ll find me in my garden, tending to the vegetable patch and drinking a cup of tea in silence. But with a toddler, silence is scary - and the cup of tea always goes cold…

Presentation Design FAQ

  • They can. But your team lacks experience and would be better employed elsewhere. As for AI, I’d be happy to talk you through numerous reasons you don’t want to depend on AI to create your presentations! Use it to narrow your content down, but not for the presentation design itself.

  • If you sign up to a retainer or subscription programme, you have access to me whenever you need me, no matter how small the job. I prioritise those clients and the better I get to know your company, the better the outcome.

  • This will depend on what you need and the content you can provide, as well as my immediate availability. However, it is sometimes possible to turn designs around within 24 hours – particularly if you are on a retainer or subscription programme.

  • Although I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, I am now particularly drawn to working with solopreneurs and smaller companies where I know the difference I can make could be transformational.

  • I operate within all the necessary GDPR regulations and am happy to sign an NDA if required. I only share designs in my portfolio as examples with my clients’ agreement.

  • We can share files via email or using the collaborative tool(s) your company prefers.

  • As well as understanding what you want to achieve, I’ll need the content you already have, whether as slides or in another format. I will discuss this with you when we have our initial chat. I’ll also make sure you know exactly what I’ll need and when so I can do the best possible job for you.
